  1. All of the services provided by Get Aways UK are subject to the following conditions:
  2. Please be aware no claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside these terms and conditions. This is a European retail site. Non-Euro residents may be subject to a non-sterling purchase/transaction fee applied by their bank/card provider.
  3. This promotion is serviced and administered by Get Aways UK. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer from other external companies and cannot be used by any company or individual involved in any way with its distribution. Get Aways UK does not offer any warranty and is not accountable for any services provided by the hoteliers associated with this promotion.
  4. When purchasing this offer from Get Aways UK we may need to collect information about you to fulfill the contract and provide you with the services you expect. This information may include but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number, and your credit card details. This information will be kept in a data secure system and is bound by our confidentiality codes.
  5. All accomaccommodations provided by Get Aways UK hotels are of a very high standard and some hotels may require a deposit payable by a recognised credit card for all accommodation (refundable on departure) to cover any deliberate, or accidental, damage or loss.
  6. If during the period of this offer, there is either change in the promotion criteria, or in your personal circumstances, the Terms and Conditions will apply, in that you, as the client, will not qualify for a refund or any form of compensation. Any changes to, or cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in either an administration charge or the loss of the holiday.
  7. Get Aways UK does not accept liability for any changes, delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of god, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics, wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person of companies who are not employees or authorised agents of Get Aways UK.
  8. When taking advantage of our flexible breaks, clients can book a maximum of 2 months in advance, and we would require a minimum of 4 weeks' notification prior to your travel date.Should you wish to travel prior to the 4-week notice period, a supplement fee will be applied.
  9. During certain high seasons of the year the company reserves the right to charge a supplement fee to offset the rise in accommodation costs incurred during these periods
  10. You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct and in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. In order to ensure that the payment details are your own, we may ask you certain security questions such as the 3-digit CVV code on the reverse of your credit card.
  11. All arrangements are subject to the conditions imposed by participating hotels and Get Aways UK does not accept responsibility for their faults or the negligence of others.
  12. Get Aways UK has, and will, persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high-quality hotels for their standards and credibility. Get Aways UK reserves the right to substitute or provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  13. Get Aways UK book accommodation on a flexi break basis, which can only be organised on a to-be-arranged basis, subject to availability, against the hotels as advertised on our website, https://www.getawaysuk.com. We will endeavour to place you in a hotel suitable to your requirements and reserve the right to offer no more than 6 different options for your break. Verbal claims from sales agents are subject to availability and will only be honoured if that particular hotel can be sourced. The company reserve the right to offer suitable replacements in this instance
  14. When you return from your break, a member of the marketing team will contact you via telephone. They will provide you with information about their latest holiday offers/promotions as well as ask you for your feedback with regards the booking process and about your stay at the hotel. Although there is no obligation to take up any offer made, you are obligated to take the call. Failure to do so will result in you paying the full rental cost of your accommodation
  15. Our discounted prices are achieved via our unique relationship with our travel agent partner, who have access to hundreds of hotels across the UK with this in mind it is not possible for us to offer a refund once the promotion has been paid for. 
  16. It is possible to travel to certain Hotels that do not appear on our website, these additional hotels may be subject to a supplement fee
  17. Unless we have your express consent, we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data. You authorise us to contact you with future promotions.
  18. On all of our Get Aways UK hotel breaks, you have the opportunity, if you wish, to upgrade your standard of accommodation or extend your stay, whether it is for an extra day or a week. Please be aware additional fees would be applicable should you choose to do so.
  19. If, for whatever reason, it is necessary for you to cancel your accommodation you must contact customer services, no later than 7 days prior to your travel date, to make them aware of the cancellation. Failure to do so will result in you paying the full rental price of the accommodation you had reserved. Once a break has been booked, any and all modifications to the booking will incur an administration fee of £30.00
  20. You are required to activate your purchase, which can be done via the email link we sent to you and activated digitally or by signing/returning the required activation documents via post. We ask that you aim to complete your documentation at your earliest convenience. Please be aware we can only make your reservation for your break once we receive your completed documentation.
  21. You shall have a period of 14 days from the date of signing this agreement to reconsider your decision and withdraw from the contract without any penalties or obligation. If you wish to exercise this right, you must provide us with written notice within the 14 day cooling-off period. Upon receipt of such notice, this agreement will be considered null and void, and any payments made by you shall be refunded in full. within 28 days.

Confidentiality
The contents of this communication, as well as all attached documentation, is confidential and is only meant for the person to whom it is addressed. Should you not be the addressee, we ask that you inform us and do not reveal its contents to third parties, and that you destroy it.
